Forgeline GT1 in Tinted Gold Transparent

Our new "Tinted Gold Transparent" finish is a unique combination of our brushed and machined surface finishes combined with a translucent tinted gold powder coat. This unique finish provides an appearance very similar to anodizing, but with the benefits of a much more durable powder coat!

Winning at Sebring
Team Seattle's #23 Porsche GT America on One Piece Forged Monoblock Forgeline GTD1 Wheels Racing to Victory at the 12 Hours of Sebring

The second race of the 2015 IMSA United SportsCar season brought teams to the legendary Sebring International Raceway for the famous 12 Hours of Sebring. Forgeline's racing customers met the challenge and earned wins and podium finishes in multiple classes, including a major endurance win for Team Seattle's Alex Job Racing-prepared "The Heart of Racing" Porsche 911 GT America!

The incredibly successful weekend at Sebring started in Friday's Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge race, where Stevenson Motorsports' #9 and #6 Chevy Camaro Z/28.R racecars on Forgeline GS1R wheels started on the front row and then dominated most of the race. When the checkered flag fell, the Stevenson cars had swapped positions, but remained at the top of the GS class field with the #6 car earning the win and the #9 car finishing in second (just 0.393 seconds later).

Forgeline-equipped cars also dominated the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge ST class race, where a huge starting field contributed to some ultra-competitive and exciting racing action. Though the Forgeline-equipped #18 and #56 Porsche Caymans (from RS1 and Murillo Racing, respectively) had qualified near the front, it was the #83 Porsche Cayman from Next Level European who led the way to victory on their 17-inch one piece forged monoblock Forgeline GS1R wheels. Right behind them, in second place, was the #64 Team TGM BMW 328i (also on Forgeline wheels).

But the big drama of the weekend was on Saturday in the 63rd Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring endurance race. Not only would these TUDOR Championship teams need to compete with their peers and contend with Sebring's difficult race circuit, but they would also have to share the track with multiple classes (of varying speeds) and almost three hours of racing in the dark!

At the end of the day, after twelve hours of hard driving and unyielding effort, Team Seattle was at the front of the pack and found themselves in an intense battle for the GTD class lead with the #93 Dodge Viper. The closing laps saw multiple lead changes, but when the checkered flag finally fell after twelve long hours, the #23 Team Seattle Porsche GT America on Forgeline GTD1 wheels claimed a well-earned victory (their first ever) in the prestigious GTD class!
New Forgeline Apparel
Forgeline Carbon Cap

We get tons of requests about Forgeline apparel items, from t-shirts to hats to our legendary jackets and more. And while we've occasionally purchased logo apparel for promotional purposes, until now, we've never really been serious about putting it into inventory and selling it. But as the volume and intensity of requests have accelerated, we've finally decided that we can't resist any longer, and it is time to give the people what they want!

So we have now begun identifying select high-quality apparel items, embroidering or printing them with the Forgeline logo, and receiving them into our stocking inventory. As of March 2015, we've received the first round of items, including this new embroidered Carbon Cap (with a visor and adjustment strap made from a Swiss-derived "carbon fiber" fabric), embroidered Fresh Air GT Softshell Jacket (from world-leading high-tech ski apparel manufacturer Spyder), and our "Sport-Wick" anti-static moisture-wicking hooded pullover fleece sweatshirts (the same ones made famous in our 2014 team Christmas photo).

More items will be available very soon. You can find all of our apparel items at: http://www.forgeline.com/products/accessories-finishes/forgeline-apparel/
Glickenhaus SCG003 Debuts at Geneva
The Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus SCG003S Supercar on Center Locking One Piece Forged Monoblock GA1R Wheels

A pair of the most exotic supercars that the world has ever seen debuted at the Geneva International Motor Show on Forgeline wheels. Driven by an unyielding passion for performance automobiles and an obsession with excellence, billionaire enthusiast James Glickenhaus (who is well-known for his Ferrari-based P4/5 Competizione) formed his own engineering and manufacturing team, Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus, to build two versions of this incredible SCG003 supercar.

Both versions of the SCG003 are built on a carbon fiber chassis and body, are powered by a 3.5-liter twin turbo V6 (based on Honda's HPD V6 race engine), and ride on motorsport-derived pushrod suspension (front and rear), Brembo brakes, and Dunlop tires wrapped around 20 inch center locking one piece forged monoblock Forgeline wheels.
