Forgeline one piece forged monoblock wheels continue to grow in popularity. And, of course, a new range of applications to meet this growing demand also requires new sizes. But adding new diameters and widths often requires engineering and stocking entirely new sets of forgings. As of September 2014, we have received our latest shipment of new one piece monoblock forgings that allow us to produce 21 inch diameters in 9.0, 10.0, and 12.0 inch widths. So effective immediately, all Forgeline one piece forged monoblock wheels are now available in 21x9.0, 21x10.0, and 21x12.0 inch sizes.

New Deep Cap Monoblock Profiles

Our engineering team is constantly working to add new styles and fine-tune the appearance and fitment specifications on existing styles. Their latest creations are these brand new Deep Cap (DC) and Extra Deep Cap (EDC) profiles now available for limited applications on most of our one piece forged monoblock wheels.
These Deep Cap profiles employ unique in-house lathe turnings that allow us to position the center cap deep within the center of the wheel and create an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. This option is an excellent choice for select vehicles including the BMW M3, Nissan GT-R, ZL1 Camaro, C6 Z06 Corvette (rear only), and certain Porsche models (rear only). Additional fitments are currently under development.
Deep Cap and Extra Deep Cap profiles are available for most Forgeline one piece forged monoblock wheels including the GA1R, SE1, CF1, SC1, and RB1. (Deep Cap and Extra Deep Cap fitments are NOT currently available for the GT1 or GT1 5-Lug.) And because these Deep Cap profiles have such an aggressive appearance, they will now be the default for all new qualifying orders on applicable vehicles.

Summer of Racing Success

It has been an incredible summer for racing success among Forgeline teams in the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge series of professional road racing. Forgeline-equipped teams continue to dominate both the GS and ST classes, and they currently lead the season points championship battles, after another string of recent success at the Brickyard, Road America, and Virginia International Raceway.
