Danny Popp Wins Goodguys 2013 Autocross Championship
Forgeline congratulates our friend, Danny Popp, for driving his 1972 Corvette on Forgeline GA3R wheels to an autocross win at the Goodguys 16th Southwest National event in Scottsdale, AZ, on Saturday, November 16, 2013. Not only did Danny defeat the 2013 Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational champion, Brian Hobaugh, but he also earned the title of 2013 Goodguys Autocross Champion of the Year! Great job, Danny!

From Monday, November 25 through Wednesday, December 04, all Forgeline wheels and Center Lock Conversion kits are on sale at 10% off the normal list price. But that's not all; each retail customer will also receive a high-quality Forgeline Motorsport logo jacket. This is our way of thanking the marketplace for making Forgeline Motorsports the leading domestic manufacturer of premium automotive performance wheels. So celebrate the holidays for you and your favorite car by getting the wheels that you really want! But don't wait too long; this sale ends at 5:00PM on Wednesday, December 04. Find your nearest dealer using our online dealer locator or contact us for more information. The small print: The sale discount applies only to wheels sold in sets of four and to NEW orders. Tire orders, partial orders, and previously-placed orders are not eligible for the Customer Appreciation Sale offer. No other discounts can be applied to the sale price. All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of the order. Expected build time will be 3-4 weeks for three piece wheels (except for chrome and fully-polished centers, which could take up to 6-7 weeks) and 4-5 weeks for one piece forged monoblock wheels. Five New Wheels Launched at SEMA
Forgeline Motorsports used an outstanding 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas to successfully launch five new wheel designs, with traffic at the Forgeline booth exceeding every expectation throughout the week. Our sincere thanks to all those who stopped by to meet us and see the new designs in person.
Two of our new designs are one-piece forged monoblock wheels for the street. The RB1 is a one piece monoblock version of our popular RB3C Concave three-piece wheel featuring a directional 10-spoke design, subtle twist on each spoke, and separate left & right fitments. The GT1 is a street-ready version of our new center locking GTD1 racing wheel, a 12-spoke center lock that combines the latest in advanced wheel technology to deliver head-turning good looks with track-ready capability. Both wheels are available in 18, 19, and 20-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets and the usual full set of customizable finish options.
We also launched our latest three-piece Concave Series wheel, the MS3C Concave, which combines a deep-dish concave profile and tapered 15-spoke design. It is available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters and is fully customizable in fitment and finish, including center lock applications.
And for our professional motorsport customers, we introduced two new one piece forged monoblock racing wheels. The GTD1 is a center locking one piece forged monoblock wheel that is specifically designed for the new United SportsCar GTD class. And the GS1R is an open 5-lug monoblock that is specifically designed for the United SportsCar CTSCC GS class. Both the GTD1 and GS1R are available only in 18-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets and fully customizable finish options.
The simultaneous launch of so many new wheel designs and a trip to SEMA was challenging. But our success at SEMA has only reinforced our commitment to continually create fresh designs, leverage new technology, and respond to changing market opportunities. Forgeline enjoyed an exciting week of pre-season testing with the United SportsCar teams at Sebring and Daytona, in November. Even though Daytona Prototype testing was cut short due to widespread tire issues, several GTD teams enjoyed sessions on our brand new GTD1 wheel, shown here in the photos.
