"In all my years of racing on Forgelines, I have not had one problem, and that is simply amazing! Bolt them on and drive to victory lane," said Turner Motorsport star driver, Bill Auberlin, after piloting the #94 Turner Motorsport BMW to its third victory of the 2013 season and leading a trio of Forgeline-equipped racecars to a sweep of the Grand-Am Rolex GT podium last weekend (August 10, 2013) at Road America. In a series in which anything can happen and anyone can win on any given weekend, the Road America race was decided by an exciting combination of teamwork, strategy, and on-track execution. With 30 minutes to go, the #73 Park Place Motorsports Porsche was leading the #94 and #93 Turner Motorsport BMWs. After Turner hot shoe Bill Auberlen managed to steal the lead from the #73 Park Place Porsche, the BMWs struggled to conserve enough fuel to hold on to the end. When it was all said and done, the Turner cars had just enough gas to get to the checkered flag, running out of fuel on the cool down lap! The final results saw the #94 Turner Motorsport BMW in first, the #73 Park Place Motorsports Porsche in second, and the #93 Turner Motorsport BMW in third. All three cars raced to the podium on Forgeline GA3R wheels. Turner Motorsport founder Will Turner considers Forgeline to be an integral part of his winning formula. "Forgeline's customer service and support is critical to our success. In a grueling endurance series like Rolex GT, vendor and supplier performance matters week after week. Forgeline is always there for us." Adds driver Bill Auberlin, "Forgeline has a great product and even better incredible track support." John Horton, team engineer at Park Place Motorsports, cites the competitive advantages of the Forgeline GA3R for some of their success. "We switched from BBS wheels to Forgeline because of the performance gain due to their pure strength and minimal deflection. Basically equates to a faster car for us. Thanks, Forgeline." We are very proud of the efforts displayed by all of the Forgeline teams at Road America, and we thank them for trusting Forgeline to carry the load!

Forgeline Motorsports is proud to introduce our latest one piece forged monoblock high-performance wheel, the SE1.
The Forgeline SE1 is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel. Utilizing much of the technology of our very successful GA1R wheel, including "I-beamed" spoke technology, the concave design of the SE1 looks great and allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The one-piece monoblock forging and I-beamed spokes yield a wheel that is lightweight, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength.
The SE1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is available in 18, 19, and 20-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the SE1 is available with fully customizable finish options.

In their first ever outing on brand new Forgeline GA1R Open Lug racing wheels, the team at RealTime Racing enjoyed a pair of podium finishes at Mid-Ohio in rounds 11 and 12 of the 2013 Pirelli World Challenge Racing Championship. In both the round 11 race, on Saturday, and the round 12 race, on Sunday, Peter Cunningham led the way for the RealTime team, driving his No. 42 Acura TSX sedan to a pair of second place finishes. Peter's teammate, Nick Esayian in the No. 34 Acura TSX sedan, wasn't too far behind, scoring a top ten finish on both days (with a 7th place finish on Saturday, followed by a 6th place finish on Sunday).
The first half of the 2013 season was frustrating for the RealTime Racing team. Despite being accustomed to success, their performance leading up to Mid-Ohio has been hampered by equipment failures, including wheels. Though their previous wheels were manufactured using the flow-formed process (which is generally considered to be stronger than a simple casting process), they proved to be unable to withstand the loads generated by the small Acura sedans on super-sticky series-spec Pirelli race rubber. And since wheels are so critical to both safety and performance, the RealTime team decided that an upgrade to true forged wheels was necessary. Leaving nothing to chance, they opted for Forgeline's one piece forged monoblock GA1R Open Lug racing wheel.
The GA1R Open Lug wheel is Forgeline's premier racing wheel. Machined from a single 6061-T6 monoblock forging, it delivers an unbeatable combination of light weight, stiffness, and strength, including a 2100 lb. per wheel street tire load rating. It is the choice of top-level racing teams in a variety of professional racing series, including Pirelli World Challenge and Grand-Am.
