Everyone at Forgeline is very proud of our in-house finishing and powder coating facility. Having this capability under our own roof enables us to deliver a level of quality and service that would not otherwise be possible, if we were forced to farm this out to an external vendor. It also allows us to experiment with new ideas and create cool new finish options to meet the needs and wants of our customers. The latest example is our newest finish: Graphite.

Our Graphite powder coat finish is a high gloss graphite gray. Darker than Gunmetal yet lighter than Black, Graphite is a sophisticated color with a performance-oriented look and an easy-to-maintain gloss finish.

Graphite is a standard powder coat option available on all entire one piece monoblock wheels, all three piece wheel centers, and three piece inner & outer rim shells.

Forgeline Motorsports announces a unique partnership within the pro-touring market that will allow a larger audience to experience the newest Forgeline styles and renowned finishes up-close and in-person at a diverse list of venues across America. For over 25 years, Roadster Shop, in Mundelein, Illinois, has been a leader in the chassis fabrication and turnkey vehicle building market for street rods and muscle cars. The experts at Roadster Shop have repeatedly raised the bar for high-end pro-touring builds and have won some of the industry's most prestigious awards.

Forgeline has worked with Roadster Shop to build wheels for some of their most acclaimed builds, including the C1RS Corvette (winner of the 2009 Street Machine of the Year title on custom one-off Forgeline wheels) and their 1970 Chevy C-10 pickup truck (that made a unique appearance on track at the 2012 Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational on Forgeline RB3C Concave wheels).  This new partnership aligns Roadsters Shop's expertise to ensure the best Forgeline wheel fitments to their customer's pro-touring builds.  And it means that Roadster Shop will be taking a custom Forgeline wheel display on their 2013 road tour to a long list of scheduled shows and events throughout the United States.

Forgeline Motorsports has always been proud of our in-house manufacturing capability. While some custom wheel brands actually outsource their production to a third party, Forgeline's production is almost entirely under one roof, including engineering, machining, assembly, and a comprehensive finishing operation, complete with in-house powder coating.

With a rapid pace of growth throughout 2012 and 2013, Forgeline has continued to make significant investments in additional staff and tooling. We recently received and installed two additional CNC machines, including another four axis mill and large CNC lathe. Once tooling and programming on these machines is complete, the additional capacity will enable Forgeline to target even better quality control, shorter delivery times, and new design styles.
