Ken Kahn For the past two months, Ken Kahn, who has led arts, culture and heritage organizations and agencies in New York, Baltimore, Miami, Fort Worth, Hartford, and Bridgeport, Connecticut, has been listening to New Britain residents, community service providers, arts, culture and history organizations, school, corporate, civic and government leaders.

The Community Foundation of Greater New Britain (CFGNB) commissioned Kahn to begin conversations on how to improve administration within and coordination among the city's arts and cultural organizations.

Hardware City Chapter 8 of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) has generously donated $3,500 to CFGNB's Catalyst Fund. DAVThe donation increases to $13,500 the Catalyst grant that will soon be awarded to an organization providing critical services to local veterans in need.
