Castell Insurance   ~   October 2011 Newsletter

It's hard to believe it's October already and the days are definitely getting shorter.  We are all geared up at the office for another fun and hectic Medicare open season and my monthly article in the Sequim Gazette is all about that subject. Click here to read my article.

Many of you will have received a letter from our office about the subject of open enrollment, and if we can assist you with reviewing your Medicare options, please remember that we are only an email or a phone call away.

This is also the time of year when many companies increase their premiums, and this year is no different.  At Castell Insurance we are constantly reviewing all of the plans and premiums available and if we believe we can save you some money, we will let you know immediately.

At Castell Insurance we recently participated in the Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic Fun Walk.  They raised over $28,000 and were very close to their goal of $30,000.

Check out this photo of all of us wearing our fancy new Castell Insurance shirts!  What a fun time we had and enjoyed getting out and about in our community.

Spotlight on Staff
ChristyFrancis    Meet Christy Francis

I have lived in Sequim for over 38 years and enjoy the small town life.  I have been married for 20 years to my husband Bill and we have two boys.  Jesse is 16, a newly licensed driver and a sophomore at Sequim High School.  My oldest son, Joshua  graduated this year and is currently in the Air Force completing his 8 ½ weeks of basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.  This has been a huge adjustment for all of us, as we do not come from a military background.  I have so much more respect for the families that have loved ones serving their country here and abroad.   We are very proud of him and the other young men and women who have signed up to serve our country.

After working at Castell Insurance for over a year now, I like to consider everyone here as part of my very large extended family.  It's a pleasure to come to work every day and be greeted so warmly.  We have wonderful clients and I enjoy being able to help serve their insurance needs.

  WE NEED YOUR HELP

For the past few years we have used a picture of our old office on Spruce Street in all our advertising. We thought it was a cute little photogenic house that identified who we were.

Our new location is working out fabulously and our business is growing, but the building image is not great for the ad's.  So, we thought we would launch a contest for a Castell Insurance logo that we could use in advertising,  on our letterhead and business cards etc..

Please put on your thinking caps and send us your idea's.  We will be opening this to the public also, but not for the next couple of weeks.  The prize winner will win a $100 cash prize along with our heartfelt thanks.
