New Family and Medical Leave Act Posters Are Now Available Reflecting New Rule Benefitting Military Families and Airline Flight Crews
On March 8, 2013, the final rule implementing recent changes to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) takes effect. Those changes include military caregiver leave for a veteran, qualifying exigency leave for parental care, and the special leave calculation method for flight crew employees. As of the effective date, all employers covered by FMLA must display a revised poster that reflects FMLA's expanded coverage.

All employers subject to FMLA are required to display the revised poster in a conspicuous location beginning March 8, 2013.
