made
Hello to you all, I hope your summer was great and that you are excited about the fall and winter seasons that are before us. I love the change of seasons to see all the beautiful things that God has for us. I have been doing a little traveling, Arkansas, Texas and South Caroline. A lot of driving but it has been fun.
I did want to update you on our move. We have run into a small ant hill but it will not become a mountain. There are so many things that we have to do to just open the doors, insurance, all utilities, furniture, signs and the list goes on. The cost has drained our funds and we are working very hard to make it up. Our prayer is now to find some "Angel Donors" that might like to partner with us in this move. Donations can be made on our website, www.newcovenantworsip.com , or by mail, address is 7015 Bitterroot Drive, Plainfield, IL 60586. We will be giving out discount coupons on the purchase of our products to anyone that comes along side of us in this project. Our goal is to begin the transition into the new facility by September 1st. Our plans are to have a Grand Opening for one week ending with a ribbon cutting on Saturday with the Mayor and other city officials, dates to be announced.
I also want to tell you of some things that have gone on behind the scenes. I have made contact with a company in SC, Sample Specialist, Darlene Kilgore-Martin. She will be digitally sizing and printing my patterns so they will be more accurate and easier to work with. This will allow more time for me to design new products. I have pages of drawings that have never been completed, very excited about this one. After several of the patterns are printed we will begin writing the sewing instructions, packing the patterns and making them available for sale, "New Covenant Worship Dance Apparel Collection." This will help the churches that sew their own garments.
In addition to having someone print our patterns we will be working with Sonali from Simco FormalWear in Lyons, IL. Her company will be cutting our garments so that we can spend more time sewing them. This will give me more time to design and expand our garment line.
I know that I am giving you a lot of information all at one time but it is important to let you know we have plans to grow and that any investment made to us will not go to waste.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace." Numbers 6:24-26 NIV
Sincerely,
Wanda Starczynski
