The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) National Organic Program (NOP) is pleased to announce the posting of the Notice of 2016 Sunset Review.
Federal Register Notice: Sunset 2016 Review
USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has published a Federal Register notice announcing the Sunset 2016 Review. This Notice addresses the 2016 Sunset Review submitted to USDA by the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) following the NOSB's October 2014 and April 2015 meetings. The Notice renews five synthetic and two nonsynthetic substances on the National List, along with any restrictive annotations. This document completes the National List Sunset 2016 Review process for these seven substances.
