The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is pleased to inform that NOP has issued a policy memo regarding electrolyzed water.
NOP Policy Memo 15-4: Electrolyzed Water
On September 11, the National Organic Program (NOP) issued Policy Memo (PM) 15-4: Electrolyzed Water. This new policy memo updates the status of electrolyzed water under the USDA organic regulations. This memorandum replaces PM 14-3, which has been archived.
