The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is pleased to share the National Organic Program's (NOP) response to the National Organic Standards Board's April 2014 Recommendations.  We also want to share information on an upcoming NRCS webinar.

Response:  April NOSB Recommendations


At its April 2014 meeting, the NOSB recommended that the NOP take several actions. 

 

In advance of the October 2014 NOSB meeting, the NOP has published a response to these recommendations.

NRCS Live Webinar


The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) East National Technology Support Center is sponsoring a live webinar on solar powered water systems for grazing operations.  The program is intended for land owners, land managers, conservationists, and grazing lands specialists. 

 

The webinar is scheduled for August 27 at 2 pm EDT.
