As we begin the new school year on January 9, 2013 we hope you will continue to be JCJC Bobcat Supporters!  There are many activities we hope you will include on your calendar this year and we hope you will plan to attend.  We look forward to those special times of the year when we celebrate our heritage and our love for Jones County Junior College and of course, YOU!

Congratulations!  to the following JCJC students who recently married:

*Anthony Taylor and Summer Hathorne were married on October 27. Anthony Taylor of Laurel was a graduate of Jones County Junior College.  

 

* Eric Williams and Jessica Cagle were married on November 3. Eric Williams of Stringer was a 2008 graduate of Jones County Junior College. Jessica Cagle of Collins was a 2007 graduate of Jones County Junior College.

 

* Jacob Jordan and Trena Holyfield were married on November 3. Trena Holyfield of Waynesboro was a graduate of Jones County Junior College.

 

* Markus Tyler West and Amber Culpepper were married on November 10. Amber Culpepper of Ovett was a graduate of Jones County Junior College.

 

* Scott McInnis and Leah Sanderson were married on November 10. Leah Sanderson of Waynesboro was a graduate of Jones County Junior College.

 Remember When...

              in 1939 when the JCAHS and JCJC Museum expanded to include almost anything that grew or lived in South Mississippi?  There were preserved fish, frogs, lizards, snakes, plants, insects, turtles, birds, animals and a ferocious bobcat."
