Annual Congregational Meeting
Please make plans to attend the Annual Congregational Meeting on Sunday, February 21, immediately following the 11 a.m. worship service.  

Handgun Signs
Pursuant to legislation that took effect in Texas last month, Westlake Hills Presbyterian Preschool must now notify anyone entering our church building that handguns, either concealed or carried openly, are forbidden on the premises. Signage with this information is regulated by State of Texas law in both content and size and must be posted during preschool operating hours
Scout Sunday
Sunday, February 7 // WHPC has a long history of support for the Boy Scouts of America. The church charters Boy Scout Troop 70, Cub Scout Pack 72 and Venture Crew 42 and hosts Bee Cave District meetings. Scouts assist the church by supporting church events and performing service projects. On Sunday, we will celebrate the contributions of young people and adults to scouting. Scouts will be ushering and serving donuts on the landing outside the Sanctuary.

Ash Wednesday Worship Services
Wednesday, February 10, Noon and 6:30 p.m. // Sanctuary // Begin the season of Lent with a worship service of reflection, communion and the imposition of ashes. Youth and children are invited to attend worship on Ash Wednesday. Childcare is available during the 6:30 p.m. service for children in Pre-K and younger.

Noonday Lenten Organ Series
Begins Wednesday, February 17, 12-12:30 p.m. // Sanctuary // Six unique opportunities are offered for personal reflection and meditation with rich devotional literature of the pipe organ presented by an extraordinary lineup of organists. // Details here.

Lenten Sermon Series and Life Group Study
Begins February 14 // We will be exploring the spiritual geography reflected in the Biblical geography of our texts throughout Lent - locations such as Wilderness, Samaria and Golgotha that fill the texts that lead us toward Easter. New Sunday Morning Study

GriefShare
Begins Thursday, February 18, 6:30-8:30 p.m. // Room 202 // This national program is designed to assist people in walking the journey of grief with support along the way. The 13-week session includes videos and small group conversation. Cost is $15. // Contact: Carolyn Strickland

Missionary Visit

Community First! Village Build
