Move It & Lose It
A 4-week mini session of Move It & Lose It begins Monday March 4th and the next 12-week session begins Monday April 1st. Move It & Lose It combines the expertise of Fitness Specialist or a group fitness instructor with that of a registered dietitian and gets real results for you.
Depending on which class time you pick you will meet for small group exercise 2-3 times per week to get your heart pumping and metabolism revved up. Your small group will also meet with registered dietitian, Sandy Holterhaus for 30 minutes each week to weigh-in and learn healthy eating tips and strategies.

Get Ready for Spring Golf Season
Are you looking to enhance your golf game. Even though there is snow on the ground now, the upcoming golf season is quickly approaching. Now is the time to look at what you can do to improve your overall strength and flexibility and positively impact your golf game.
Biomechanics Assessment
This evaluation is offered by Rec Center Physical Therapy for athletes interested in enhancing and improving their golf performance. The assessment addresses muscle strength, flexibility, joint range of motion and movement patterns and readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetry's.
- The Biomechanics Assessment evaluates core stability, balance, strength and flexibility components key for a powerful, effective golf swing.
- Following the assessment, the physical therapist and fitness specialist collaborate on a strength training program designed to improve the strength, flexibility and overall fitness level of the golfer.

Pilates for Athletes This class offered two times each week and is designed to help athletes maintain and develop strength, stability, mobility and flexibility.
Individualized Weight Training Program Rec Center members can meet with a fitness specialist to develop a strength training program. Call 295-2552 to make your free appointment.

East Court Reservations Available
Beginning February 1st any group with eight or more individual members has the opportunity to reserve the East Court during open times for large group activities. This includes volleyball, pickleball, badminton, basketball and dodgeball.
- groups may reserve the court for $20 per hour (includes
tax)
- reservation may be made up to 7 days in advance
- no same day reservations will be allowed
- groups must have a minimum of eight people to make the
reservation
- reservation fee will be charged to the account of the person
making the reservation
- all charges are non-refundable
The court reservation system will allow larger groups the opportunity to get their preferred court time. The West Court will continue to be available on a first come basis. The East Court will be available on a first come basis when it is not reserved. |

Men's Lockers for Rent
A limited number of small men's lockers are available for rent. Cost for locker rental is $15 plus tax per month or you may purchase a six-month rental agreement for $79 plus tax or a 12-month agreement for $119 plus tax. Stop by the Rec Center Front Desk for more information.
