Feeding Pets of the Homeless
2015 Annual Report
Genevieve Frederick, Founder, wrote, "What started as a way to provide pet food to the homeless has evolved to the national organization that is presented in this Eighth Annual Report.  No companion pet of the homeless person should be hungry or in pain just because their guardian doesn't have a roof over their heads.  In 2015, people like you proved once again that none of us will settle for anything less than compassion.  Together, we will all do whatever it takes to eliminate hunger or pain."

Your Donations at Work...
A homeless man called Pets of the Homeless about his dog Debra who wasn't feeling well.  She was lethargic, vomitting, and her nose was dry and cold.  Pets of the Homeless assisted with an examination, x-ray, snap test, injection, fluids and chem panel.

Debra had eaten poison.  The veterinarian held fundraising efforts to help this homeless man  cover the expenses to nurse Debra back to good health.  He called Pets of the Homeless and personally thanked us because Debra was feeling much better.  Guess what he did next?  He went by the veterinarian and brought them flowers and mowed their lawn to express his gratitude.
