West Bridgewater Senior Lip Dub 2015
West Bridgewater Senior Lip Dub 2015

The annual Senior Lip Dub is a tradition here at West Bridgewater Middle Senior High School. We're moving into a new school this Fall so this was the last Dub in the old building. The Class of 2015 stepped up with 80% of the class participating. I think it may be our best one yet, but what do you think?

Education in 1647

Education for all was an early American ideal. As early as 1647, Massachusetts Bay Colony passed a law mandating that all towns with more than 50 families set up a school.  If a town didn't comply with the law, they were fined $5.00.

"That in whatsoever township in this government consist of 50 families or upwards. Where there

Meet & Greet STATE REPRESENTATIVE MICHELLE DUBOIS
WB Council on Aging
Fri, April 24  9am
Do you have a problem with a state agency or state government benefits, like Mass Health or food stamps (EBT card)?
Do you see an issue in the community that you'd like state government to address?  Want to ask the representative to support an issue that's important to you? Stop in to the COA and talk to Michelle about it on Friday April 24 from 9 am - 12 pm.

Our home delivered meals program, also know as "Meals on Wheels", are designed to provide just the right combination of good nutrition and a friendly visitor for people 60+ who may not have enough food, be able to prepare their own food, or understand the proper nutritional requirements as they are advancing in age.

We deliver meals based on need, so whether long or short term, we can help you or a loved one eat properly.  Whether recovering from surgery or an illness, or just not having the mobility to get to the market on a regular basis, Meals on Wheels is there to support seniors in our communities

All meals served meet one-third of a participant's daily nutritional requirements and are designed to be low in sodium, fat, and sugar.  And if the participant's doctor requests a diabetic diet plan, we can usually accommodate that by offering a modified meal.    www.sselder.org
