Did You Know...
The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC has a stunning collection of rugs. The culturally significant pieces range from exquisite French Savonneries to saddle rugs from 18th century China. Our favorites, of course, are the examples housed in the Art of the Arab Lands section of the museum. Be sure to see a pair of silk Polonaise rugs donated by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. They are worth the trip.

New Oushaks & Khotans
 Moattar, Ltd. has hand-selected more than 100 new Oushaks, Khotans and Flatweaves that are now in the showroom and ready for you to try with your fabrics. The new styles include numerous one-of-a-kind pieces as well as several new program pieces available in all standard sizes. Colors range from cool blues and grays to browns and creams. We also selected a few colorful rugs for those that want a pop. Images will be available on our website and Facebook page as we photograph so make sure to check in frequently.
