Tool 1:
Coaching Exercise: Be the Goal
Don't just articulate a goal... get sort of intimate with it. Establish in your mind what each of your five senses will experience when the goal is achieved. Self Awareness: Beware the GAIL's
We all have them, GAIL's are those internal obstacles that creep into our minds and thwart our efforts to achieve greatness. Not to be confused with external challenges to be managed, these inner voices can be deadly to our efforts to change, grow, and maximize our potential. Coaching Fable: Burn the Dress
Retaining out-of-date things "just in case" carries a self-sabotaging energy that limits your potential for successful change. (Like holding on to the 'fat clothes' in the closet give you subliminal permission to regain lost weight.) Coaching Exercise: Plug it In

If you can, hire a professional coach to keep you on track and help you work through the GAIL's.
