Learn more about the cyclists that travel the Erie Canalway Trail as well as how your business and community can market to and profit from cycling tourists. Attendees will receive a copy of Parks & Trails New York's guidebook, "Bicyclists Bring Business: A Guide for Attracting Bicyclists to New York's Canal Communities."


Bike-a-Round

Wednesday, October 15
10:00 a.m.
Meet with bikes at Niawanda Park Pavilion parking lot
Lunch discussion to follow at Risa and David's Restaurant, North Tonawanda 


Bike along the Erie Canalway/Shoreline Trail into Tonawanda and North Tonawanda. The Bike-a-Round will use the previous evening's presentation as a basis for experiencing the perspective of a cycling tourist. Following the Bike-a-Round, there will be time to discuss the ride and possible solutions to identified issues over a pay-your-own lunch at Risa and David's Restaurant, 72 Webster Street, North Tonawanda, NY 14120.
