Field Day is on Friday, May 29th
We need Field Day volunteers! If you would like to volunteer for Field Day please use the link below to sign up. We will need many different helpers for our event on Friday, May 29th! This is always a fun time and your help is much appreciated! If the signup genius is full and you would still like to volunteer, please e-mail me directly and we can find something for you.

We don't want you to stress about buying school supplies for your child next year. CTES has made it very easy for you. With one click of the mouse, all of your child's school supplies can be purchased and in August, they will be waiting for your child at their desk on the day of Open House. What are you waiting for?
Order your school supply kit NOW at www.shopttkits(CTES code is 24282) for the 2015-2016 school year. These kits (which have been tailor made for each specific grade level based on the teacher's input) won't be available for much longer! The last day to order your child's supply kit for next year is Friday, May 29, 2015. Happy shopping!
Some grade level order forms state that you may return the form and your money to the school. This is a mistake on SchoolKidz part. Please be aware that
this is an online ordering event ONLY. Any forms and money sent to the school will be returned to you and your child(ren)'s kit WILL NOT have been ordered. Thank you for your understanding.
Our PTA board maybe complete, but we are still looking to fill the position of Communications Marquee Chair. This position is essential to keep the lines of communication flowing to our community through weekly Marquee updates. It entails 30 to 60 minutes of volunteer time once a week.

Fall Festival is our biggest event of the year and it will be here soon after the new school year starts!! We are beginning to assemble a committee of volunteers. If you are interested, please contact Andrea Lewis.
The Cub Chronicle is published by the Colonial Trail Elementary PTA weekly on Fridays during the school year. The publication is free to all interested members of the CTES community who join our mailing list regardless of PTA membership.
All community members are welcome to contribute articles, notices or topics for inclusion in our publications. Deadlines for submission of content is 5:00 PM on Friday for publication the following Friday. All submissions of content should be made by email to CTES PTA VP-Communications.
Information included in The Cub Chronicle is at the discretion of the CTES PTA Executive Board. The Board reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit content or to choose to include content in one of our other publications. Any decision regarding editing, use of alternate communications tools or denial of use will be communicated to the originator of the request prior to publication.
