Happy Thanksgiving,

I want to start by thanking all of you for understanding about us closing down for the months of November and December this year. Our business is so seasonal and we work very long hours from March through the summer and this makes it possible for us and our employees to have some much needed down time.

Please do not forget that we do not mind meeting you here if there is anything that you need. We are in and out a couple of times a day and we very much want to take care of anything that you need.

Rhonda and I have been blessed to have had such great customers over the years. It is hard to believe that 2016 marks the 25th year in business for us. We have raised two great kids that are now amazing adults and have become acquainted with more great people than we can count due to Panhandle Greenhouses.   Aaryn has become a very vital part of Panhandle Greenhouses the last five years or so and is also blessed with being able to call all of you not just customers but friends.   Garrett has also been very involved with Panhandle Greenhouses but has other lifelong goals. He is now a sales associate at Conn's Home Plus out on Soncy in the old Circuit City building next to Home Depot. They have a tremendous selection of furniture, electronics and appliances. If you need anything like that please ask for Garrett when you go in and he will do a great job assisting you. If you are like me it is always nice to have someone that has knowledge and is helpful at stores like that to help you.

We had severe damage to all of the buildings in the hail storm on the 16th of this month.   What a surprise to have a storm like this in November. We have the ball rolling to get all of the greenhouse roofs replaced hopefully before January 1st if everything goes just right. We are also well underway on the outside construction improvements. We are very excited about the face-lift to the front of the buildings. We will post pictures of the progress on Facebook as it changes.

We have literally tons of new products coming for the spring of 2016. We have four different containers shipping in from overseas. Two will be pottery and two will be furniture. We will have a tremendous selection of outdoor furniture and accessories this year. We should start seeing some of the new stuff in January and hopefully all in before the end of February.   Please keep us in the back of your mind as you think about new outdoor furniture.
