Hey guys!

Yesterday was officially the first day of fall!  This is my favorite time of year because the weather is perfect and I love all of the fall colors!

We are getting to a point in the year where it is time to start prepping your beds for winter.  When I say this, I mean it is time to start mulching the beds!  Mulch is a great way to hold moisture in for the roots. It is also great at keeping the weeds at bay! (Plus I'm running it on sale!)

If you get quite a few weeds in the flower bed you should use Gallery pre-emerge.  This is a 6 month pre-emerge that stops seeds from germinating to prevent weeds in the flower beds! Throw it out now and repeat in February for year around coverage against broadleaf weeds.
