Join the Bar's New Entertainment Law Section

The State Bar of Nevada is pleased to announce the formation of its Entertainment Law Section. The Entertainment Law Section will address issues germane to entertainment lawyers, such as production, pre- and post-production, talent and guild issues, music rights and licensing, live entertainment (including sports) and art. It will also address all forms of content distribution, including theatrical, television, home entertainment, Internet and ancillary markets.

The section's goals include providing CLE credits in its focus areas, supporting and networking Nevada's entertainment lawyers, and coordinating with private and government entities inside and outside of Nevada to attract more entertainment business to Nevada and for Nevada lawyers.

Regular dues are $30, but they have been prorated for 2014 and are only $15 until 2015. For more information, contact Anat Levy at (310) 621-1199 or alevy96@aol.com. To join, visit the state bar's website.
