Nevada's Open Meeting Law & Public Records Statute

Each legislative session, the Nevada Legislature is invariably asked to take a look at amending Nevada's Open Meeting and Public Records laws. The 2013 session is no different: several bills have been introduced, aimed at making government records and meetings more transparent.

This seminar, presented by Jennifer DiMarzio provides an overview of these bills and how they could affect how Nevada's government agencies run public meetings and respond to public records requests.
