iPad Apps: Can They Fulfill All of Your (Trial) Needs?

During this seminar, attorney Phillip Aurbach will discuss new ways in which lawyers are using the iPad and other technology to help with trial preparation, collaboration and presentation.

Many iPad applications will be featured, as they relate to specific tasks previously accomplished with yellow pads, pencils, banker boxes and three-ring binders. For example:

  • Can you (or should you) embed pictures or video into pdf pleadings?
  • How can you avoid problems with your presentations? and
  • How can you best argue motions or make presentations with an iPad?

Attendees will receive a list of the iPad apps most frequently used by attorneys.
