Thursday June 20th, 6pm is our next Open Stage at Blue Door Gallery: Can I spoke It? featuring spoken word, hip hop, singers and comedians, hosted by Phylisha Villanueva.
Friday, June 21st, 5.30pm,
THE MUSE by Richard Pitts opens at Yonkers Riverfront Public library
Saturday, June 22nd, 2-4.30pm, Our poet-in-residence Golda Solomon facilitates ARTSPEAK: June is Bustin' Out with Words in Bloom, poetry writing workshop.
And don't forget to drop by our current exhibition: Black & White, featuring four local solo artists, running through Saturday, June 29th. Artists closing reception, June 29th, 2-5pm.

Blue Door Gallery invites artists inspired by cinema, movies and film
to submit work for a special exhibition being held in conjunction with
YoFiFest (yofifest.com) and Blue Door Cinema, 10th Oct - 9th Nov, 2013
Deadline for submissions: September 7th, 2013.
Submission Guidelines
Email images to yonkersbluedoor@gmail.com
OR
Submit CD with images of entries in JPEG format to Blue Door Gallery,
5 Hudson Street, Yonkers, NY 10701. Attn: BDG#40b
Actual work for exhibition must be no larger than 60" and no heavier than 75 lbs.
Artists may submit up to six entries. THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE.
Artists whose works are accepted will be asked to pay an installation fee of $25 per accepted work.
COMMISSION: Blue Door Gallery receives 35% commission on all sales
