What can you do to support programs for our students in PUSD?
You can donate to our District Education Foundation, PPIE.

Other comparable communities ask their families for over $500 per student - and they have a very high participation rate!

If you can't give that much up front, you can donate what you can through our monthly donation program.  Every bit helps!

Contributing to PPIE helps insulate our students from the unstable and inadequate funding that the state has been providing.  Need more info?  Check out the PPIE website at

PPIE is proud to announce the results
of the Giving Fund 2014-15 Campaign Launch!

Thank you to all our donors and our fabulous volunteers who worked Registration Day at our schools.  What an amazing Campaign Kick-off!  We had a major goal to increase participation this year, and with your help, we have come a long way. Here are two of the amazing volunteers who helped make it possible - Donlon Elementary's Alice Cruce and Delia Cooper:

California Center, Pleasanton
JOIN US for PPIE's 10th Annual Bon Appetit! Toasts & Tastes of Fall Culinary Competition and Auction!  Whether you plan a Girls' Night or a Date Night, it's a Great Night to support all our schools!

This annual Cocktail Party and Silent Auction featuring fifteen culinary teams - consisting of a local chef, school principal and corporate/community sponsor - who compete for "Top Nod and a Cash Prize" in one of three categories: "Savory" "Sweet" and - new this year- "Slow!"

You'll join our official judges and taste your way through signature appetizers and desserts paired with fine wine - poured, paired and presented with the help of your school's principal!

Live music, a no-host bar and Silent Auction round out the evening. Auction lots feature travel, dining and activity opportunities for the entire family - along with memorabilia, wine and specially-selected goods and services - many of which you will take home that night.

Event proceeds benefit the foundation and its programs supporting the Pleasanton Unified School District. Last year, PPIE raised over $100,000 from the event and with your help, we hope to exceed that this year!

Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased online or by personal check, made out to PPIE and noting "Toasts & Tastes" in the memo line. Mail checks to PPIE, 333 Division Street, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Names will be placed on a guest list at the event- no hard tickets will be mailed.
