Business Entity Fundamentals for ArtistsA practical discussion about setting up a new business entity and why certain forms of business may be much more useful than others. Beardsley is an attorney practicing in Atlanta. His experience includes representation of businesses and individuals through various law firms and as in-house counsel. This is just one of the presentations that will take place at Forging Entrepreneurs! See all presentations.
