Week of April 1, 2013
Greetings!
The SNAG news blog today contains two posts: First is publication of our next technical article, "Trabson Kazazlik Jewelry," by Umut Emirguc Thurman. We are also publishing Part 2 of the Ethical Metalsmiths' three-part guest column, "A Call to Jewelers, Artists and Artisans: Makers of Things Great and Small."
If you are going to the Toronto conference, you'll want to spend time on our Travel Tips Bulletin Board. Read good tips such as "call your credit card company and tell them where you will be traveling so they don't mistakenly think your card has been stolen and unknowingly cut off access to your account." We welcome everyone to post tips of your own. There is free wifi throughout the conference hotel so long as you are a member of the Fairmont President's Club, which is a FREE loyalty program. Join the President's Club EARLY to get free wifi when you check in for the SNAG conference.
