This patient had previously visited an orthodontist and was recommended metal brackets and wire orthodontics along with extraction of 4 premolar teeth and the estimated treatment time would be 2 years.
The patient and his mother wanted a second opinion on what could be done to correct his crowding, crossbite and upper canines that are not in their proper position.
