Guests like Food and Wine's "best new Chef of 2012, Nicholas Stefanelli, and the chef of BlackJack Barbecue, Jimmy Hogwood, will also grace the event. The best part of this whole event is that the event proceeds go to funding local culinary scholarships making this a truly unique event that gives back to the area we all love. Cooper River Bridge Run April 6

If the outdoors is what captures your fancy, join the thousands of others that come for the annual Cooper River Bridge Run on April 6th. A whole day devoted to fitness and charity, the bridge run features everything from 10K for the more advanced to a 40-60 minute run for the runner who craves a fun run! The event also features a short distance kids run in the beautiful nearby Hampton Park making this a perfect event for the whole family to attend!
