I would like to thank the GIPHCC for the opportunity to serve as your new President.  I consider it an honor and a privilege to serve in this role.  I look forward to the challenges and successes of the next two years.  Brian, thank you for your leadership and dedication.  It has been a pleasure to serve with you. 

Thank you to everyone who attended the Associate Appreciation Night banquet.  We had a great attendance for this annual dinner.  The special speaker, Harold "Bud" Boughton, gave an inspirational message on how to become a better leader--not only in business but also in life.  Bud is a former college football player, coach, educator, sales professional, former senior executive, and author.  According to Bud, listening is one key aspect to success.  With the daily challenge of business, it is easy to become distracted by the "noise".  He motivated each of us to become better listeners in our workplace and even in our personal lives.  The challenge is to become a more successful leader by first listening.

Congratulations to the Lee Brothers for receiving the Associates Esprit de Corps plaque for 2016.  This honor was presented to Bob, Richard, Gary, and Tom Lee for their outstanding contribution to the Industry.  Their plaques were presented to the brothers by Bill and Chip Lee.  We wish Lee Supply continued success and are grateful for three (now four) generations of business partners.

Cathy Stegemoller was presented GIPHCC Contractor of the Year.  Cathy is President of Steg Plumbing.

Congratulations, Cathy, on this well deserved award.  Thank you for your contribution to the GIPHCC and the plumbing industry.

The annual GIPHCC golf outing at Eagle Creek Golf Club is Thursday, May 19th.  We are excited to announce that this year the outing will take place of the challenging, scenic

Sycamore Course.  This is a great opportunity to meet other associates in the GIPHCC.  There is still time to register.  We look forward to seeing you there.
