 Dear Friends,

September is here.  School is back in session, and autumn is just around the corner.  Your Greater Indianapolis PHCC is working hard to bring exciting contributions to the industry.  We have many great opportunities for you to develop your craft between now and the end of the year.  Please plan to join us at our monthly lunch meetings.  These will be informative and a great way to network with others in your industry. 

During this past summer our emphasis has been on recruitment.  The GIPHCC is a strong ally to have in our city and in this industry.  Communicating the benefits of membership is a daunting task, but it is one we must continue.  The plumbing and heating industries are a smart choice for many entering the work force.  The burden of promoting this idea falls on the shoulders of those of us who have been involved and who know this to be true.  Take the opportunity to challenge young men and women to consider the benefits of entering the trades and likewise in participating in a fine organization like PHCC.  It will be a benefit to us all when talented individuals are attracted to our trade and become the craftsmen and leaders of the future.

The Indiana State PHCC convention is just around the corner.  It will be held at the Omni in Indianapolis.  This will be an exciting event you won't want to miss.  This event promises to be a profitable and rewarding time.  I look forward to seeing many of you there.

Swing for Sandi 

Sandi Rice, wife of Craig Rice, is battling breast cancer.  Craig is a Past President of GIPHCC.  There will be a golf benefit on October 5th at Royal Hyland in Knightstown to help with medical expenses.  Click here for the flyer.   

No Sept. GIPHCC Luncheon Meeting

Due to the State Convention and to Lee Supply's cookout on Sept. 17th, GIPHCC's next regularly scheduled luncheon meeting will be on Oct. 15th at Primo South.
