Logging In Visit the Psi Iota Xi website and in the brown banner just below the rotating purpose photos, click "Click Here to Login or Register."
A pop up box will show and you will type the following information in the Username and Password boxes:
Your username: Your password:
- Now you are logged in. You will automatically be taken to your PIX Social home page. Looks somewhat like a Facebook wall page. You will see brown tabs (not the aqua tabs at the very top-these are for the main website navigation), but you are looking for the tabs that read See All Activity, Profile, Friends, Groups, Photos, Videos, Events, etc.
- Click Profile. You will be taken to a page that says "Edit Profile." Please complete this form
- Next, Please complete the form under "Account Details" (tab located on the left) where you can change your password to something you'll remember.
- Finally, please complete the form under "Membership Information" (tab located on the left) where you will be entering information that will only be accessible by the National Council. You'll note information is requested about your service with Psi Iota Xi and a few personal fields. This information is secure and protected.
- Please note: If you click "Save" before these three sections (Edit Profile/Account Details/Membership Information) are completed, you will get an error message.
- This process should take no more than 10 minutes total.
It is essential that each Psi Ote completes this process. Chapters with Psi Otes who do not have access to a computer (or email) will have to assign someone to log in on their behalf and update their information. Every six months, you will be prompted to go through this process to reconfirm all the information is up to date. You are updating the National Database and ensuring we have the correct email for the monthly National Newsletter.
If you have any questions, ideas, or suggestions, please visit the "PIX Discuss" tab under the Interact (Aqua) tab on the main site. You will be taken to a component that will allow you to ask a question and/or answer questions that other Psi Otes have asked. Some questions will require answers from the Web Team and others will be directed to your National Council or District Officers. As this tool gets used more frequently, you'll most likely find the answers to your questions. If not, ask away.
