Lenten Series: The Politics of the Bible
On Wednesdays in Lent, Dean Michael will teach a course on the politics of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Paul and the Gospels. The course will take place in the Mercer School of Theology. Soup & bread will be served at 6:30 pm. The class begins at 7:15 pm and concludes with Compline. All are welcome.
There will be a sign-up sheet at the main entrance to the Cathedral for those who wish to volunteer to make soup or to bring bread for the Lenten Series.

Episcopal 101 will be held each Sunday during the Season of Lent in the Chapel of the Resurrection following the 11:15am Liturgy. This discussion group is for anyone who would like to learn more about the Episcopal Church or for those adults who would like to be confirmed or formally received into the Episcopal Church. Concert: Vox Aquarum -Sunday, February 28th at 4:00 pm
Vox Aquarum is a new vocal quartet based on Long Island, NY, dedicated to performing and recording chamber vocal works both ancient and modern. This program will include lutenist Christopher Morrongiello, who holds a Ph.D. from Oxford University. Featured on the program will be the composer John Dowland, whose lute songs represent a pinnacle of Renaissance music's poetic expression. They are paired on this program with the sacred music of Dowland's English renaissance contemporaries.Tickets for this concert will be available at the door.

Choral Evensong for Lent - Sunday, March 6
This Lenten Evensong will be sung by the Gentlemen of the Choir

The Cathedral celebrates the many special services of Holy Week with glorious liturgies and choral music. We invite you to join us for the following services, all unique to the day, sung by our Cathedral Choirs.

The Office of Tenebrae - Wednesday, March 23rd at 7:30 pm

Solemn Eucharist for Maundy Thursday - March 24th at 7:30 pm

Solemn Liturgy of Good Friday - March 25th at 12:00 noon

The Great Vigil of Easter -  Saturday, March 26th at 8:00 pm

Solemn Eucharist for Easter Day  - Sunday, March 27th at 9:30 am & 11:15 am

Yoga in the Cathedral - April 15th (and Fridays following) at 7:00 pm
Come pray with your body, mind and spirit in the expansive space of the cathedral crossing. No prior yoga experience necessary. All ability levels welcome. 

Choral Evensong for Eastertide: Sunday, May 1st at 4:00 pm
The Choir of Christ Church, Rye, NY, will join us for this Evensong

This week the Holy Eucharist will be celebrated on Tuesday at 12:15pm in the Mercer Chapel and Thursday at 12:15pm in the Lady Chapel at the Cathedral.
