Christmas at the Cathedral


Thursday, December 24th Christmas Eve
4pm - Christmas Pageant & Family Service
7:30pm - Solemn Choral Eucharist (Carols 7:00pm)
11pm - Solemn Choral Eucharist (Carols 10:30pm)
 
Friday, December 25th -Christmas Day
10am - Sung Eucharist with Carols
Cathedral Holiday Operating Hours
The Cathedral will be open from 10:00am-4:00pm on the following days:
Monday, December, 28th
Tuesday, December 29th
 Wednesday, December, 30th
Beginning on Christmas Day the Cathedral office will be closed and will reopen at 9 am on Monday, January 4.
The Anointing of the Sick and the Laying on of Hands
Will be offered this Sunday during the 9:30 & 11:15 Liturgies. The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will be offered at the Baptistery once you have received communion.
Save the Date
J2A will be meeting this Sunday at 4:00pm in the Christian Formation room of Cathedral House. 

A Twelfth Night Celebration
Sunday, January 10th At 5pm
This special service, a new favorite on our calendar, closes the celebration of the Twelve Days of Christmas with carol settings, hymns and the Procession of the Three Kings

Evensong for Candlemas
Sunday January 31st At 4:00pm

This special Evensong will include the Installation of The Very Rev. Michael Sniffen as Dean of the Cathedral. Music for the service will be sung by the full Cathedral Choirs. A reception will follow. All are welcome.

For those who have asked of our prayers, especially Taylor, Teresa, Headley, Karen, Niyjah, Eladio, Mary, Wayne, John, Janet, John R., Steve, Rob, Barbara, Jean, Peggy, Dianne,  Diana, Danielle, Kathy, Brenda, Tommy, Linda, Lauren, Bob, Carey, Elizabeth, Andrew, Kathleen, Dorothy, Barratt, Tommy, Ricky, Emma, Jean,  Louis, Hank, Kerry, Gregory, Bridget, for all those who in transitory life, are in trouble, sorrow, need, sickness, or any other adversity, may they find healing, patience and strength in the days to come.
