A LITTLE HELP FROM OUR FRIENDS

Chances are good that you have little going on between the hours of 6 and 9 AM on most Saturdays and Sundays, KCTC is here to help you fill that time slot! Help contribute to many great charity events and give back to the running community at the same time. These races are looking for volunteers and are each supported by KCTC. Consider donating a few hours. Without volunteers, races don't happen!

PR's IN YOUR FUTURE

As the weather seems to finally be warming up and snow melts away (snow ...in May), it's time to kick that training in to high gear. Be sure to join us for Tuesdays on the Track at Shawnee Mission East and get in a little speedwork! These sessions, led by certified coach John Carstens, are free to Track Club members and are sure to help you achieve that illusive time goal of yours, regardless of the distance you are training for. Everyone is welcome! No need to be elite coming in. You'll sure feel elite at the end of it though. The sessions are divided into groups based on your skill/comfort level. We meet every Tuesday at 5:45pm.
