RED HOTS
Our annual WNRed Dress Run had quite the showing and quite the variety of fashion choices! Though a few participants ran in their standard shorts and tops, most took advantage of the opportunity to pull out that special number they had been saving for the right occasion. Both women and men alike traversed the streets of Mission Hills with much more ventilation than they were used to. Needless to say, heads were turned. On a separate note, Goodwill saw an unusual spike in sales this week...

FREE IS ALWAYS GOOD

The KCTC Spring Racing Series is about to start up meaning we'll be giving away lots of free stuff! All you have to do is sign up for the racing series (for free) and participate in 3 of the races over the 3 month span. Participation includes running, walking,
or volunteering. Do this and we send you a box of free
brew to brew guy
stuff (including free race entries)! It may sound too good to be true but we promise you this is the real deal.

INTERVAL TRAINING STARTS MARCH 5TH

Want to cut down some time on your upcoming race? Check out our weekly interval training sessions at Shawnee Mission East! Whether you're training for a 5K or a marathon, certified coach John Carstens offers excellent speed workouts and training advice to meet your racing needs.
