Hot Read: Christmas Lights Run

Need a little holiday cheer? KCTC's  got your back. Join us at SPIN! Pizza at 4950 Main Street this Wednesday (12/12/12) as we run around the ever-popular light display on the Plaza. Enjoy 10% off your pizza after the run. You may run as long (or short) as you'd like. Routes will be created all the way up to 8 miles.

We will also be collecting NEW toys for Toys for Tots so feel free to bring a donation to help brighten someone's Christmas!
Event Recap: Strides Against Sandy

Last month, Super Storm Sandy hit the US and neighboring countries. It was the largest Atlantic hurricane on record, affecting 24 states, killing hundreds, and leaving thousands homeless and millions without electricity. KCTC teamed up with Garry Gribble's Running Sports for an impromptu Wednesday Night Run to play a part in the rebuilding process. Through their efforts, KCTC was able to raise $290 for Hurricane Relief.

There is still much work to be done and many suffering, especially as winter moves in. If you would like to donate to these relief efforts, please visit www.redcross.org

Meet Your New Board

We recently conducted our bi-annual election to select the brightest and best to serve as a voice for the people (you, track club members, are the people).
Back for her second term is your President, Nancy English. By her side will be VP Lou Joline, Treasurer Dave Boone, and Secretary Ann Kohn.  We'd like to congratulate the following KCTC members who were also selected to represent you on the board (in alphabetical order): Tom Cotter, Raul Flores, Courtney Foster, Dan Gay, Brian Lappin, Brendan Rhyne, and Jennifer Ristau!
Green Means Go!

KCTC's Westport St. Patrick's Day Run is a tradition unlike any other. This year's marks the 35th running of this 4 Mile race and is sure to be quite the shindig as 4,000+ flood the streets of Westport, creating a sea of green. Sign up here for an unforgettable Irish experience!
Where to Begin
