Having a "process manager" of the entire development sequence is sometimes considered an unnecessary expense, redundant, or even potentially conflict-inducing. Hear how one trustee has elevated the standard of service received from project managers for multiple schools he has represented, by holding them accountable to deliver an ROI (return on investment) calculation for their work. See examples of how one his project managers has met the challenge of documenting the value of his work to the school.

OverDrive Webinar
Based on response from membership, MISBO is exploring an opportunity
with OverDrive.
The program they're proposing is a true consortium purchase with over 2,000 eBooks and audiobooks of popular and educational titles appropriate for K-12 schools for a minimum buy in per school.
OverDrive eBooks can be read on virtually all devices. The advantage to a digital library of course is there is no damage, loss, or late fees - titles automatically expire at the end of the lending period.
Join us on March 6th at 3:00 pm ET to find out more about what MISBO is exploring with OverDrive and to allow us to gauge the number of interested schools to develop the appropriate program.
