Description: The webinar seeks to discuss the cost method of determining tuition rates in the annual operating budget process. While we all compile our budgets using some version of this, this method requires significant up front work in the fall to be effective. We will look at the schedule and steps in the process to compile "total cost" in preparation for your Finance Committee and Board meetings.
