Wednesday Night Dinner
This week's menu is Lasagna, Roasted Red Pepper Broccoli, Garlic Bread, Caesar Salad, Minestrone Soup, and Tiramisu. Gluten Free/Dairy Free options are available.

The kitchen will be open from 5 - 6:30pm. Adult meals are $7, children 6 and up are $3, 0-5 eat free with a $25 family cap.

Mission Box 
This week's Mission Box supports Rwanda Sustainable Families, Investing in Communities: Empowering Lives. RSF is a team of volunteers who fundraise to provide small loans for families to start business, receive medical insurance, place children in school, and work in the artisan cooperatives supported by RSF. In country, there is a team of Rwandans in charge of the programs including a preschool for 125 of the poorest children who are now fed daily and are learning that they are valuable citizens who can make a difference in the world.

Trinity will be taking a team to Baton Rouge from September 25 - October 1 and working with Revive 225, an outreach ministry of First Methodist Church Baton Rouge. We'll be working alongside homeowners and Baton Rouge residents to help clean and remove debris. We want to take a large group, so if you're interested in being a part of this team, please contact Ted Grueser ASAP.

Join us at 5:30 for UMYF on September 18! We're very excited to welcome back Mr. Islam as a guest speaker. You may remember when he spoke in worship this past year; and we hear that he will be bringing some dog-tags again, but he'll be speaking with a new message- so make sure you don't miss out! Please bring $3 for snack supper, and be sure to invite all your friends, too!
Festival of Choirs
Come join us to support the Chancel Choir as they participate in the Festival of Choirs on September 25 at 5pm at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church (100 NE 1st Street). Conducted by Bruce Neswick.
Healing Touch Cancer Support Group
Our next meeting is on September 15th from 5:30-7pm in the O. Dean Martin Prayer Room. We are looking forward to Dianne Voitle from Life Force Health and Wellness Center visiting us, she will be discussing, "Rebuilding of the Immune System After Cancer." The United Methodist Women's (UMW) Fall Membership Kick-Off is September 18 at 2:30 pm in the Atrium. There will be refreshments, displays and social, followed by keynote speaker Catherine Fluck Price. Everyone is welcome!! Please come and enjoy a traditional UMW warm welcome.
