Dear Trinity Family,
I share with you four upcoming events at Trinity:
1. This Sunday we celebrate our new Confirmands! Julie and her team have been meeting with these sharp young people to confirm their faith, and we will get to surround them this Sunday with our love and affirmation.
2. Next Sunday, April 10 we will feature special guest vocalist, Pamela Dillard, who will sing in each of the morning services and then present a concert that afternoon at 3:00. Alice will share her bio below. She is truly outstanding!
3. On April 12 at 7pm, our own Jessica Harland-Jacobs, a professor of British history at UF will present a special lecture on "Easter Rising, the Road to Irish Independence." The timing on this is perfect, in that it follows immediately upon the April 7 performance at the Phillips Center of "Celtic Nights - Spirit of Freedom; the story of Irish independence. Akin to America's 4th of July, the Easter Rising of 1916 created the Ireland of today. Check out the video at the UFPA web site.
4. Wed noon, April 27 - Lunch with Troy Holloway. It will be great to see Troy again and to hear him talk about Trinity and Trinity's future. I hope you can join us for lunch.
Love and prayers, Dan

A Message from Rev. AaronEmail | Blog | TwitterFriends,
"For Christians, every day is Easter!" Those words from Sonlight's focus yesterday are still ringing in my ears. What a glorious day it was to celebrate our risen Lord! I am so thankful for the dedication of our amazing staff and volunteers who helped make Holy Week 2016 both memorable and meaningful. I'm thankful, too, that the weather held out for our sunrise service and our Children's Easter Celebration. I came back to the church last night at sunset for a photo project and this was the scene over our Worship Center as the weather came rolling in...I call this shot "Sanctuary from the Storm."
I am excited to be back in Trinity Chapel on Wednesday night for our 6:35 service and this week we begin a new sermon series - "God's People: Called to _______." Come learn what it means for us to be God's people in the world today.
Finally, Lenora and I are thrilled to be hosting the Marriage Course beginning on Thursday! We have 30 couples participating and a few registered just yesterday, so there's still time for you to join us.Register here.
Grace and peace be with you,Rev. Aaron
