Worship: Sundays @ 8:15 am, 9:40 am, 11:00 am | Wednesdays @ 6:35 pm
Dear Trinity Family,

Oh my!  I just finished reading a most inspiring and wonderful book, and think you should read it, too.  Called: When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi; it's the journey of a brilliant neurosurgeon and neuroscientist, who grew up on great literature and, with a diagnosis of cancer, brings brilliant science, Faith and inspired literature together to find meaning and beauty.  It's his personal story, one that ended last March and was completed by his wife, Lucy.  Little wonder it is on the top of the NYTimes best seller list.  His personal honesty and easy to read style made this for me one of those "can't-put-it-down" kind of books; I hope it is for you, too.

I am thrilled and gratified that our Lenten speakers each Wednesday of Lent will be former colleagues here at Trinity, with Rev. Mark Becker speaking this Wednesday.  I hope you'll be there at 6:30, and come at 5:30 or so to enjoy one of Chef Franny's wonderful meals.  And note that these services are being "live streamed" which means if you can't join us in person on Wednesday nights you can watch in your home or wherever your electronic device is; just go to our YouTube page and tune in - the same is true for our Sunday morning worship services - they're available to watch at 9:40, or if you miss that time, go to our sermon archives and watch it there.

Our District Superintendent, Rev. Sue Haupert-Johnson, will be preaching this Sunday at all three services, and we've arranged for her to meet at 12:30 in room 232 with anyone who wants to ask her about the upcoming Transition of Pastoral Leadership.  And thanks for your prayers for all during this important time.

On Sunday I mentioned the 17 minute commencement address by Lou Holtz.  Here is the link I promised to send to you.

If you're not currently receiving the DSE's (Daily Scripture Emails), but would like to, sign up here. The Lenten DSE's are written by Trinity members and are outstanding.

Love and prayers, Dan
