Worship: Sundays @ 8:15 am, 9:40 am, 11:00 am | Wednesdays @ 6:35 pm
Dear Trinity Family,

Aren't you proud of all our young families leading the way for our "Fall Focus on Generosity"?  We all agree that the future of Trinity is solid and strong - stronger than ever!  You can see the past three videos here.

You will be getting a letter in the mail this week from Trinity; it will also contain a commitment card for Trinity's 2016 budget.  For Trinity to be 'stronger than ever' we need you and your commitment 'now more than ever'!  Please fill it out and bring it to worship this Sunday (11/7) or next (11/14).

As I said this past Sunday, "Trinity is one of the very best investments you can make with your money."  By your gifts to God through Trinity you are changing and saving lives here and around the globe, while giving our own children a solid, Christian foundation that will serve them their whole lives, and your gifts support a campus that is open to the whole of Alachua County for a myriad of community activities.  Alone, we can do little, but together, our generosity can and does have an impact beyond our dreams.  Please stretch your faith and your giving to the 2016 budget, if at all possible.

This Sunday, long time Gainesville resident, Cliff Gionet and I will be sharing the pulpit together.

Love and prayers, Dan

P.S. Here is the link I promised to the video of the Syria presentation last week by Matthew Jacobs.

A Message from Rev. Aaron
Email | Blog | Twitter

Friends,

Thank you for your prayers and good thoughts during my surgery this past Friday. I'm looking forward to feeling 100% again soon. I watched the live stream of the 9:40 service from home on Sunday and, while I wished I could have been there in person, I gained a new appreciation for the work JD Wallis and the rest of the tech crew do to make the live stream happen. It was great to see Sonlight's amazing offering, Dan's sermon with Elizabeth Kirby's testimony, and the honoring of Trinity's Saints.

I'd also like to thank Alex Knisely and Kelly Ping for taking the photographs for our 2015 Fall Focus on Generosity. I processed the photos for 66 of you this morning and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Be sure to have yours taken over the next two Sundays.

While recovering this weekend, I found some time to catch up on my blog. You can read about Malawi day eight here.

Finally, I'm looking forward to our series on the Sermon on the Mount at the 6:35 service on Wednesday in the chapel. This week we will be exploring John Wesley's thirteenth discourse "Build Your House on a Rock" and Matthew 7:21-27. Hope to see you there!

Mulungu akhale nanu (God be with you),
Aaron
