"The strong right arm of the Lord is raised in triumph. I will not die; instead, I will live to tell what the Lord has done" Psalm 118:16-17.
Every October we see scores of women wearing their pink t-shirts, declaring that they are breast cancer survivors. I have seen numerous other signs and bumper stickers stating that people have survived various events in their lives. Today, I want to declare that I am a survivor and so are you! We have survived every trick of the enemy, every attack that has come our way, every thing that should have taken us out has failed. God has held us up when we would have fallen, He has encouraged us when we would have given up. We have been able to walk in love, when hating would have been easy, we have been mistreated and didn't seek revenge. We have lost jobs, husbands, wives, children, possessions, good health, and so much more, and yet we are still grateful for what we have left. We have seen the wicked appear to prosper and have not been envious or blamed God. We have weathered racism, sexism, classism, colorism, negativism and many other other "isms" that we didn't even know the name for and yet we have kept moving forward. How have we been able to accomplish these feats of strength? The referenced scripture gives us the clear answer. The strong right arm of the Lord has held us up, the power of God has sustained us when everything around us was failing and falling. The faithfulness of God carried us when we could do nothing but cry and wait. So today my friend, let's celebrate. We can say with the Psalmist, "I will not die; instead I will live to tell what the Lord has done!
God has kept me alive, He has kept my mind and I am His witness that our God is God. He stayed the hand of the enemy, when his clear goal was to destroy me, but God wouldn't let it be so. I am a survivor!

Sister 2 Sister
MLB (make life better)
There are many things that you and I take for granted. For instance when it is time to get dressed and you need undergarments, you go to your dresser and select what you want. That is not the case for every woman. There are many women in prison, homeless shelters and others generally living in poverty who don't have the options that are a part of every day life for those of us not living in their circumstances.
We were approached several months ago by Sister Sandi Newsome of The Angel Way Worship Center in Wilson, North Carolina to assist with providing bras for a women's prison in Pennsylvania. We shipped several new & gently used bras to help meet their need. Since we became aware of this situation, we have continued collecting bras.
We owe a huge thank you to Evangelist Barbara Smith of West Palm Beach, Florida and to Mrs. Doris Wise and her sister, Ms. Olivia Bereal of Palm Coast, Florida. These three women have donated more than 100 bras to this effort! This is our MLB (Make Life Better) Campaign for the month of February. If you would like to make a donation or if you know of women that we can help, please call the ministry line at 1 888 479 1113.
