Spring Green 2012 in
Metropolitan Water District Courtyard

Every spring, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California hosts a one-day educational event focused on raising public awareness and providing information about water conservation, energy usage and other important environmental issues. The 6th Annual Spring Green Expo will be held on Thurs., May 16, 2013.
Nearly 1,000 people visit the Expo each year to learn about new water-saving technology, products and services. The Expo is an excellent opportunity to showcase products and services, meet potential customers, and network with others committed to a sustainable future.
Metropolitan is extending an invitation to companies that offer green products and/or services to participate in this year's Expo. There is no vendor registration fee.

Metropolitan Launches New
Water Savings Incentive Program
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California recently launched a new Water Savings Incentive Program that offers financial incentives for custom water efficiency projects. The program is open to all commercial, industrial, agricultural institutional and large landscape customers who implement qualifying projects within Metropolitan's 5,200 square mile service area. Incentives are paid based on the amount of water saved. Funding for this program is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee payment. Incentives are reserved for projects on a first-come,first-served basis until funding is exhausted.
