In case you missed it...
...our new Executive Director, Barbara Fields, shared some exciting tidbits with audience members at the Realtor Breakfast:

- Housing in general, and Rhode Island Housing, are critical elements of our new administration's efforts to reinvigorate our state's economy, and we are excited to be a part of it!
- Our Homeownership Division had an active year in 2014 and reached its highest lending level since 2008, closing more than $132 million in loans (an 84% increase from 2013)!
- The momentum that began building in RI's housing market toward the end of last year has carried into this year:
- 6% increase in number of total sales through first 2 months of 2015, and a 5% increase in single-family median house price
- Multifamily median sales price rose 10% compared to the first 2 months of last year
