Meet the new faces of our remarkable Packard Health team.

Ron Romero, MD
Dr. Ron Romero is a graduate of Harvard University, University of Michigan Medical School, and UCSF-Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition to his commitment to under-served care for adults and children, he is passionate about integrative medicine, women's and reproductive health, nutrition, and adolescent health. As a member of the Packard Prenatal Team he is trained in obstetric and pediatric health, and cares for both pregnant women and their newborns. He is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians.


Victoria Nichols, DO
Dr. Vicki Nichols is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and St. Joseph Mercy Family Medicine Residency. She is passionate about working with at risk youth, teen pregnancy prevention, immunization promotion, disease prevention, public health, global health, sports medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. She is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, The American Public Health Association and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.



Carrie Dawson, Chief Operating Officer
Carrie joins Packard Health after almost 30 years in critical care nursing, and leadership in hospital operations such as capacity management and care management. Recent work in these areas has lead to a passion for improving access to and coordination of care for all populations to prevent unnecessary emergency department visits and hospitalizations.


Jackie Miller, Quality Improvement Coordinator
Jackie aims to systematically and continuously make measurable improvements in health care services and the health status of patients. She co-chairs the Quality Committee with Dr. Holly Ross. Jackie earned a degree from the University of Michigan in Communications with a double minor in Spanish and Science, Technology, & Society, and plans to pursue a MPH in Health Management and Policy. She is an executive board member of Blueprints for Pangaea, a nonprofit organization that reallocates medical supplies from areas of surplus to areas of need.


Marisa Iaderosa, Patient Advocate
Marisa helps patients navigate health insurance options, access community resources, and obtain healthy food. She has a degree in Sociology with a public health focus from the University of Michigan and hopes to eventually continue her education with an MPH or MD. Her interests include preventative health, population health, and working with under-served individuals to address and overcome barriers to health.
